CORDELL JACKS

Cordell Jacks has focused his career on global social innovation initiatives over the last 15 years. He was founding Director of the Global Water, Sanitation, & Hygiene Initiative which drew the support of The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The World Bank, and bilateral government partners globally. He has has more recently focused his attention on Cleantech Agriculture, Ocean Plastics, and Circular Economy Initiatives.

Cordell's work has primarily been centered around systems change initiatives and designing viral Behavior Change for social good. Recognizing a root syndrome across these and many other sectors, Cordell has recently focused his efforts on Dream Work and a company he has recently founded, as the biggest lever he sees available to all of us. He has facilitated dream workshops for individuals and organizations in North America and South East Asia.

Cordell's efforts in social innovation have helped land multiple international awards including:

Dubai International Award for Best Practices, Lipman Family Prize at The Wharton School of Business, The INDEX: Design to Improve Life Award, as well as numerous awards in the International Development/Water & Sanitation sector. Cordell was recently given a Social Innovation Residency at The Banff Centre, and has been a keynote speaker at The Harvard Social Enterprise Conference, Young Presidents Organization Global Leaders Conference, South by SouthWest Eco, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and The Social Change Experts Series at The Rotman School of Business.

Cordell has been practicing dream work for over 20 years, and has worked with teachers across North America, South America, and South East Asia.
