Meenakshi Srivastava is the founder of 'Sensei coaching and development solutions' - India. She is a development professional with a decade of Consulting expertise in Learning & Development backed with dynamic Corporate experience with large to mid-sized organizations.

The early years of her career began with versatile roles in Business Development, CRM & Corporate Relations with multinational companies & business corporations.

Her journey in development began with rolling out the design and delivery of need-based / issue centric training programs customised to client/ business specific requirements thereon taking ownership and accountability for the clients to evaluate and optimise ROTI, i.e. Return on Training Investment. Have effectively delivered and facilitated adult classroom behavioural and skill enhancement training workshops utilising creative training and adult/accelerated learning techniques specifically designed for new/existing hires, frontline representative level employees, People managers and Emerging leadership. Graduated to mentor and develop Associate trainers in facilitation/presentation skills and training methodologies.

Thereon was introduced to the world of Psychometric Testing as a Development tool. The criticality of understanding the core of each individual on parameters that are linked to the role and function thereby impacting behavioural competencies, fulfilment, engagement and retention gave rise to the association with Harrison Assessments International. As a certified Coach & Debriefer of Harrison Assessments have been deeply involved with in-depth Profile Exploration of Individuals & design and delivery of behavioural competency-based experiential programs for teams & groups in corporate setups.
