I try to remember when the first time was, I picked up a pencil to sketch or started drawings. All I remember is always playing with colors and drawing cartoons, faces, animals, flowers and with time I started using other art media to give shapes to my imagination. Always been fascinated with creating something new.

Moving from a town of Rajasthan to Hyderabad (India). I was a university student, studying management. Never imagined that I will fall in the world of colorful precious rocks given by Mother Earth and one day, it will become my passion. My first jewelry design I did for my cousin to help her out, to submit in a jewelry competition, no idea of how to design a jewel at the time. All I knew how to draw. That was the day and until today never stopped designing jewelry.

To continue, I joined jewelry designing and manufacturing classes in an institute called OPUS DEI in Hyderabad. I was lucky to learn and understand jewelry manufacturing from the best jewelry master in the town. I wanted to know more about the Gems world, learning jewelry design and manufacturing was not enough, so I did diamond graduation from Gems and jewelry institute of Hyderabad and so on my gemology from GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Dubai. My interest in colors and drawing grew into a unique and compelling passion for gems and jewelry designing.

It has been more than a decade and a half in Dubai honed my technical knowledge in the jewelry and designing field and dealing with a wide range of exceptional jewels, diamonds, precious gems, and natural pearls.

While I was pursuing my Gemology graduation from GIA, I started working as a jewelry designer and manufacturing coordinator with one of the leading jewelry manufacturing companies, Italian jewelry manufacturing, based in Dubai. Spending good 2 years working with auto cad and other high-tech sources for jewelry designing and manufacturing, I knew I had found my calling. And within a year, I got promoted as head of the designing department.

It has been good 6 years as owner of JORNESS JEWELS, a jewelry manufacturing company in Dubai. At JORNESS we manufacture fine jewelry, trophies, and corporate gifts and trading with fine gems & Diamonds in the local and overseas markets. Here I am personally interacting with clients and taking care of their requirements starting from designing to deliver the product. At Jorness we master on bespoke jewelry.

Since January 2017, I feel privileged that, as a hobby, I got the chance to share my experience by teaching jewelry designing at Dubai International Art Center and Palette art institute, Dubai. I have been invited by Amity university, DUBAI as a guest lecturer for their fashion designing batches, to give a lecture on wearable product designing. And I am looking forward to more and more such opportunities to come.

Always keen to work on challenging projects and taking them out of the traditional path, I try to push the limit of creating jewelry by thinking something unique and use the best techniques to create the best masterpiece for the people to cherish and treasure them for generations.

And it is me as a professional Jewelry designer and a gemologist with 17 years of success in the Gems and jewelry field.
